We are delighted to have been involved in this prestigious Head Office project for Microsoft in Leopardstown, County Dublin. The Sprinkler Installation was designed, installed, and commissioned to BS EN12845 Codes over an 18-month programme with a contract value of circa €4.5m, won through a Selective Tendering procurement method.

Works included a zoned Life Safety Sprinkler system throughout the building, while a Dry Pipe Sprinkler System was installed in the underground car parks along with seven Dry Risers. The main contractors were BAM and the Design Team was led by RKD Architects, Ethos Engineering Services Consultants and JGA Associates Fire Engineering Consultants.

We continue to provide Service and Maintenance support to the client on this building.

This significant Commercial Development is currently underway on a north docklands site in Dublin. It includes an eight storey over double basement, Commercial Office complex which will accommodate Salesforce – World’s #1 CRM. The overall circa 750,000 square feet development will also include other Commercial, Restaurant and Retail space along with a 4 Star Hotel and the refurbishment of an existing Listed Building.

The client is Ronan Group Real Estate and the main contractor is PJ Hegarty while the design team is led by HJ Lyons Architects, Linesight QS, Axis Services Consultants and MSA Fire Consultants.

We are delighted to have worked for the Ballymore Group on this impressive Docklands development. We initially completed the Sprinkler installation in the Commercial Block to Shell & Core level and then subsequently under a separate contract completed the Sprinkler within the NTMA Offices during their Fit Out Works. We also completed the Sprinkler installation in the Residential Blocks within the overall development.
The Sprinkler Installation to the Shell & Core was designed, installed and commissioned to BS EN 12845 Codes. A zoned Life Safety Sprinkler system was installed throughout the Landlord areas while Dry Sprinkler systems were installed in the Underground Car Park.
The Design Team was led by RKD Architects, Homan O’Brien Services Consultants and Scollard Doyle QS, with Walls as Main Contractors.
The Sprinkler installation for the National Treasury Management Agency Fit Out works, was also designed, installed and commissioned in compliance with BS EN 12845 Codes.
The Design Team included AECOM and the MAC Group were the Main Contractor.

As the global headquarters of Cement Roadstone Holdings plc, Belgard Castle is a high-profile office development.
The refurbishment of the Castle Annex and construction of a new Link Building was required to facilitate the future development of the group’s headquarters in Ireland.
Belgard Castle is a large three-storey eighteenth-century house attached to a medieval tower, which was occupied by the Talbot family, as far back as the 15th century. All works were carried out in accordance with an agreed conservation strategy to protect the many ornate features within the building.
Being a listed structure, Automatic were appointed to design, install and commission a High-Pressure Water Mist Sprinkler System for the renovation and extension works.
JV Tierney were the Services Consultants.

We designed, installed and commissioned a Sprinkler system to BS EN 12845 Codes initially to the Shell & Core areas and subsequently to the Fit Out works for the tenants on all floors.
Works included Twin Electric Duty and Stand-by Duty Pumps and a fully zoned Life Safety Sprinkler System throughout the building.
The design team included KMD Architects, OCSC Services Consultants and KSN Quantity Surveyors. Sisk were the Main Contractors.
